RETURN OF ORDERS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on orders placed at 24k Pure Gold Bars Miners. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have within 3 business days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team of your dissatisfaction.
If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available. The items must be returned as they were sent to you in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of 24k Pure Gold Bars Miners.
Returned orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee or up to $5000, whichever is higher. All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on 24k Pure Gold Bars Miner’s sole discretion.
Please note, due to the cost of International shipping, 24k Pure Gold Bars Miners will handle the International requests on a case-by-case basis.
